The Committee on Finance and Taxation, in collaboration with the representative from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), will hold a dialogue on July 24, 2013, 10:00 A.M., at the PCA Training Room on the following revenue regulations:
1. Extending the validity of unused/unissued principal and supplementary receipts/invoices printed prior to January 18, 2013 and other matters
2. Filing/submission of hard copy of the Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld (BR Form 2316) covering employees who are qualified for substituted filing, thereby amending revenue regulations (RR) No. 2-98 as last amended by RR No. 010-08.
3. Amending Section 2.58.5 of Revenue Regulations No. 2-98, as amended, relative to the requirements for deductability of certain income payments.
